How it Works
Using our free system you can easily convert your current online or email or paper based newsletter into an online version. By doing this you can then choose to make your newsletter available to corporations that use our system to present their product or brand to your readers.
Every time your newsletter is viewed you will generate new funding.
Would you like a dollar or more for every time anybody reads your newsletter?
Newsletters can be accessed from any internet connection including the mobile phone internet. Members can read their kids newsletters from the office, on the bus or train or from anywhere their mobile phone has connectivity and knowing that every time they read the newsletter the club's funds are enhanced, without disturbing their own hip pocket nerve!
Sponsors can easily find you and support you, and because our system can segment clubs by type and location, and an number of other criteria, our sponsors pay a premium price to reach you. Plus, it is commercially good for corporations to be seen to be supporting community groups.
It all adds up to a simple approach to reduce raising additional funds.
Why our newsletters are safe
Our Online Newsletters Are Safe because:
- they can be protected to be only viewable by approved readers
- our system automatically tracks the readers address
- sponsors messages can easily be controlled by the club
For more information about safety on the internet please visit the Australian Government's NetAlert web site. NetAlert's role is in providing a safe online environment for all families, especially children.

Why Have a Sponsor
Sponsorship can help considerably in funding the activities of your club. Your club can have better facilities and fund new activities. This in turn will attract new members to your club.
How to block Sponsors
Our system simply lists all sponsors and is a simple as ticking a box to block any sponsor.
How does the club generate funding.
Our system creates a record that we permanently store every time a newsletter is read. We count each one and at the end of each month we automatically invoice the sponsor based on the number of readers and the value the sponsor has agreed to pay for each reader.
To protect sponsors we only bill them for two readers from each computer address per day. We can reconcile our reports to ensure that sponsors fees are correctly calculated, we can also identify and block computer addresses that are excessively clicking to clock up their funds.
Sponsors pay their fees before the 15th of the month and we distribute funds directly to club bank accounts on 20th day of the month along with a detailed remittance advice that lists all of your sponsors and their fees for the month.
You do not need to communicate with sponsors in any way. Our system operates automatically from the time the newsletter is published to the positioning of sponsors messages, invoicing, collection and payment.
What Sponsors Want
Your sponsors want to present their message to you in a way that you are happy to receive it, and as often as you allow them on your newsletter.
Sponsorship of Australian clubs on a broad scale in the past has required corporations to either deal with every club individually or otherwise via the administrative body in each stste. In every respect it is a complicated, cumbersome, time consuming and often frustrating process.
Using our system sponsors simply nominate the clubs that they would like to sponsor and the clubs themselves select any they do not want. It is a simple process from both sides and that is why it works so well.
What the Sponsor's Messages Look Like
Sponsor's messages are images or pictures rather than text only. This means that sponsors can display their business logo and colour scheme. The images can be in a range of formats from still images that usually have a .jpg or .gif extension to animated images that use flash or other animation styles.
Sponsor messages can be in a range of sizes and they appear on the right hand side of newsletters. There is a link to a real newsletter waiting for you when you get to the bottom of this page.
There are six different sizes:
How Much Can You Earn
Sponsorship fees are market driven and start at one cent for one hundred readers. Sponsors compete with each other for the best position and as this happens the price is bid up to a market price.
So if you support your sponsor, they will support you. Your support for each other is highly measurable online. The more you support your sponsor by using their products, the more they will pay you in sponsorship.
Would you like your club to be sent a dollar or two every time someone reads your newsletter?
It is very possible.
Where do sponsors come from
We find them. We have a team of sales executives all skilled in the language of corporate sponsorship and communication. We are negotiating with new sponsors every day. Our online advertising engine is a powerful tool that makes sponsoring clubs on suitable newsletters very easy. The engine provides feedback on a number on variables in a simple to read format, this provides sponsors with the measurement they need to justify the sponsorship.
If you would like us to do your legwork for you we will be happy to approach a target sponsor of yours and present to them a compelling argument to bring them onboard and to manage their ongoing sponsorship arrangements.

You can get started right now and have your newsletter ready to go in only a few minutes and in a couple of easy steps.
How are fees calculated, collected & distributed?
Every time a newsletter is read we record it and add it to your count. While we count all readers we only add two such reads per day from each person. You can easily monitor the number of readers of your newsletter. You can even set an automatic reminder to be sent to your parents that have not read your newsletter.
On the 1st day of each month we will email your sponsors an account summary and invoice that details all the newsletters their advertisements appeared on and their viewers for the period. We will direct debit them on the 15th of the month and distribute your fees to you on the 20th of the month.
Your club will receive a detailed account of where your money has come from so you will know how much money you are receiving from each of your new sponsors.
What about any existing sponsors
Existing sponsors will benefit because you can quickly and easily place their details on your new newsletter without charging them extra. There needs to be no change to your existing sponsorship arrangements which we presume are not exclusive to an individual sponsor.
If you would like to ease the administration burden of dealing with and billing your existing sponsors you can invite them to also use our system to put their message on your newsletter. This will put them on our system and we will take over the billing function.
